with a focus on continuous readiness, operational resilience, and sustainable compliance integration across large, complex health systems.

 

She spearheads an innovative, and collaborative approach—partnering closely with surgical leadership, nursing, physicians, and interprofessional staff—to redesign workflows, streamline documentation, and embed survey expectations into daily practice. This approach has strengthened tracer performance, improved staff confidence, and enhanced readiness outcomes while reducing operational burden.
 

Jennifer is widely recognized for her ability to translate regulatory standards into practical, actionable processes that meaningfully support patient care. She is known for building strong partnerships with both clinical and non‑clinical teams, including nursing, medical staff, quality and safety, facilities, risk, legal, public safety, and executive leadership.
